Sync 3 sound problem

hello everyone, I own a 2017 Ford Focus ST. For a while I have had the sound of the reversing beeps which is very weak.

I don’t know if this is the cause but when I put all the sound on the radio to the rear, the car no longer has any sound.

But if I put it in the middle, there is sound on the 4 speakers. would this be a problem to resolve via forscan? I will provide you with photos to understand.

Pull the fuse for the ACM for 15 minutes and replace. See if the sound resets.

Thx. It’s the fuse of radio ? Or it’s a specific fuse?
