Hello, I have recently imported a 2022 Ford F-150 Limited from United states to Australia, it has the new Sync 4 system, I am unable to use the Navigation because it doesn’t have ANZ maps and only has North American Maps.
Neither am I able to connect it to Fordpass app, maybe due the default region of the vehicle being United states.
If anyone has any idea how should I proceed, kindly let me know. I am also unable to find any relevant information so far.
You will need to have Ford Service make the adjustments to get FordPass working in Australia, as this requires the regional coding to be changed and the FordPass services activated for your country and enable OTA updates. The navigation services for Sync 4 may not still be available in your country.
