Sync3 system, the options are grayed out in cruise mode

I’d like to ask everyone what the reason for this is.

The current system version is 3.4-23188. The APIM part number:3U5T-14G371-BEE. It’s the Chinese version with 8GB memory and without navigation capabilities. The firmware used is:

Secondary Boot Loader:GB5T-14G376-AA

Strategy (CAN, F188):1U5T-14G374-EM

标定(CAN,F124):1U5T-14G375-CA

ECU Configuration/SoundProfiles (CAN, F10A):GB5T-14G379-AA

ECU Configuration/lluminationStrategy (CAN, F16B):5U5T-14G379-BC

Since the latest European-style all-touchscreen dashboard was installed, the options related to assisted driving and vehicle settings are no longer available on the steering wheel. These settings must now be configured through the Sync3.4-23188 interface on the central control screen. However, in the assisted driving and vehicle settings menu on the central control screen, all other options can be adjusted as usual. Only the cruise control option remains grayed out and unavailable after entering that menu. It has been confirmed that the cruise control functions in the ABS, IPC, PCM, and SCCM modules have all been switched to ACC mode.

Your APIM asbuilt needs to be corrected. Updating the firmware and software on the APIM will not make these features function, only present the menus. They are grayed out because they will not work through Sync.

So, your means I need to replace the AIPM module with a newer one, since my APIM module isn’t compatible with the current firmware version, right?

I’ve noticed that the setting “Customer Preferences-ACC Selected-Vehicle” in the IPMA module is currently disabled. Should I Enabled this setting to activate ACC? All four modules—BCM, ABS, IPMA, and IPC—have their cruise control modes set to ACC. However, when I press the ACC button on the steering wheel, the dashboard displays “Standard cruise control mode activated; Active Brake is disabled.”,I guess that currently there is a lack of an entry to switch the cruise mode to ACC,Since the settings can’t be adjusted on the central control screen, can I bypass it?
