You will need to use a profile from a Sync 4 equipped vehicle, like an F-150, to see the Sync 4 APIM in your vehicle. Depending on the extent of the swapped modules, you might have to use 2 profiles for your vehicle now. You could contact FORScan support, providing you have a paid license, to see if they can make a custom profile for your vehicle.

Thank you for your response really appreciate your help. I found out my APIM module that was sent to infotainment to be upgraded to sync 4 was sent back not functional. do you recommend buying a new one or do you provide apim module services. I also wanted to see if you had a digram of how ac connects to old wiring .
