I recently did sync4 swap on my 19 f25o, I used fordsync4 kit and a ACM from a 2020 f150 (KL3T18D832BJ). everything works except when I turn the truck on the xm radio will play on the last channel while it updates, but once the update is done (the channel/album are pops it) it changes over to the xm preview channel. is there an asbuilt setting that will fix this or do I need to replace the acm with a different module?
You would think the seller would have set this up right for you or be able to fix it for you.
You asbuilt is likely set for pre-X40 SiriusXM rather than X40. If the seller didn’t know you were using the 2020 ACM they would not have known to set it accordingly. The setting is in the APIM:

I bought my kit used, and in such the company offers no support… kinda sucks!

Probably needs to be set for Pre-X40…
tried that last night, xm stopped working all together, just stuck at xm loading… i been reading online it seems some people have this problem and its a xm issue not mine. gonna see if they will refresh my radio signal today and see if that fixes it
