When you get a replacement we can help if needed…
It needs around 1 hour and half or 3 hours and half
This looks like the calibration it already has. I don’t see a need to update anything.
You are on the latest firmware for that unit. Should work fine.
Update i ended up updating it, it took like 2 hours, its now faster and the connection is good. Thankyou so much
Hi, i’m trying to retrofitting the tcu to my car, ford transit european version 2019. I have the tcu Model LR3T-14G087-VH. I can see the module with forscan as HS3, but in apis i don’t see the ESN. After searching the net i understand that i need to downgrad3 to j series. Can you help me with the files for downgrade.
An L series TCU runs on HS4. No Calibration will change this on an L series and Forscan nativly shows it on HS3 even though it will only work on HS4. Once you have the TCU on the HS4 network and it is enabled on the APIM it will show the ESN. It will not work with Ford Pass until you have it wired to the correct GWM.
To have HS4 you need the correct GWM and would need to run dedicated HS4 wires to those 3 modules if you dont have them.
A K series TCU can run on HS3 & HS4 depending on calibration.
