TCU in factory mode

Hi there. I have a USA Ford Fusion in Ukraine with a TCU KT1T-14G087-EN E2 (from UK Fiesta) and it worked fine during last 2 years. But FordPass stopped worked 17.07.23. I checked TCU by Forscan and saw than the TCU is in Factory mode all the time. I changed 754-01-01 to xx00, reseted TCU and APIM but it didn’t help. Sometimes the TCU finding a country code 255 but after 5-10 seconds it is 0 again. I see the modem number at SYNC. One time I saw a mistake code - U2100 initial operation not complete.

Are you using a Ukrainian SIMM card?

Nope, this modem has esim. I changed the firmware 2 years ago and all. I think maybe this modem had some include traffic or other prepaid functions, but I don’t know how can I check it.

You might try updating the firmware if you have not done so since it was installed.
