Hey guys, so i upgraded my IPC from the 2014 model to the 2017 model on my 2014 ford fusion. And everything worked perfectly besides for my RPMs aren’t being read, it’s stuck on 0. How do i get it to read the RPMs? I’m using Forscan.
Thanks.

First question, why to a 2017?
Second, did you drop the factory AB for your VIN into the new cluster?
I put a 2017 into it to get the features like map turn by turn, tpms and other things.
And no i haven’t, i’ll try that.
Might want to take a look at the threads on 2gfusions.net as well as taking a peak at Dan85’s spreadsheet.
Map turn by turn out of Sync3/factory NAV and TPMS you could have gotten on a 2015-2016 dual screen cluster.
What trim is your 2014?
EB or HEV/Energi ?
What was the donor?
Dang, I was trying to get it on the old one and kept running into FORScan telling me it had a block error so I found a 2017 cluster for like $50 lol.
I’ll check those out out once I get back home.
I have a 2014 Ford fusion Titanium Echoboost
TPMS couldn’t be turned on with the 2013-2014, there wasn’t enough room in the rom for the required firmware.
