Unable to get fan speed changes to display on main screen

Hi All, got a Sync 3 upgrade from eBay and for the most part got worked out most of the issues. However, when I change the volume the fan display pops up underneath it, and when I change the fan with the controls it will not display the fan speed. It does move the fan bar up and down on the climate tab however.

Vehicle is a 2016 Ford F250 Lariat. First time reaching out for help, but please let me know what information I can provide.

Install Type: Retrofit

Old SYNC Version: 3.4.23188

New SYNC Version: 3.4.23188

The 2016 Ford F250 Lariat is a CGEA 1.2 vehicle, and the Sync 3 system supports some functions of that, but being Sync 3 is a CGEA 1.3 platform there are some things that are not backward compatible. Unfortunately, the fan speed and certain HVAC functions are among those.
