Update from no SYNC to SYNC 3 - What do you need to know

Hi all,

I would like to update my infotainment from no SYNC (or maybe SYNC 1 - no touch small display with 6 buttons ) to SYNC 3 with NAVIGATION in my 2019 Ford Focus.

Exactly the same has been done by someone from Turkey and uploaded to YOUTUBE (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lQRZENH1g-U&list=LL)

I was not able to find any valuable information about this swap online, so my question is:

What are the parts I need to get? Should all the parts be from the same doner vehicle?

APIM that supports navigation - in case I dont want Navigation, can I keep my old APIM?
Radio Unit
Display
Buttons
Plastic trim

Any wire harnesses I should procure?

What should I be careful about exactly?

Any tips?
