Hi. New here I have a 2017 Lincoln MKC . Can someone help me update. It connects to my home WiFi but I don’t get the option to finish the update. So I was told I need to it with USB. I have no navigation unless I hook up my phone vis usb.

Time for you to read the Basic Usage - CyanLabs guide.
The Wi-Fi update will not get you to 3.4 so your discription and title dont match. That would only be an update pushed out by Ford for your specific vehicle.
If your going to use Cyanlabs to bypass Fords upgrade path than like Sandman said you need to read the usage guides so you dont make a mess of things.
