The firmware will not prevent you from updating the software. You need to start over on the rescue and follow the directions.

Did you change the ACM or program for EU? The NA APIM will not work for this.
I changed the software in Apim NA to EU. The logo of the radio station will flash once and then disappear. In Poland, people are announcing that they have a configuration that fixes it, but not for free. So it can be done. I cannot change the Acm to EU, because I have a blue usb, and there is no such Acm in Europe.
The āblue usbā is the digital audio connection for the B&O DSP. Did you retrofit a B&O system? Is there something connected to the digital audio connection?
The NA ACM does not work for DAB completely. Loading the EU firmware and software will not fix the issue. Loading new EEPROM firmware however could fix the issue, but this could render the digital audio useless. There is no free fix for this that I know of. You could try asking over at FFClub.ru or at FMods Modules - (fmods.net), there are a few threads there regarding this.
āBlue usbā - I have the original system, I didnāt change anything. These are the components I have:

I only changed the language and maps to EU in APIM, ACM and IPC.
This ACM is not designed to work with DAB Logos for EU.

People in Poland are announcing that they are able to do it, there is a fix for acm software for it. But they donāt do it remotely so I donāt steal the file, and Iām too far from a specialist.

I have Ford Fusion 2017 from USA. Originally it was without navi but I have changed small PCB of Sync3 to 32GB and currently Navi works like a charm in EU. I have also unlocked Sync3 and Iām able to perform MODS and it works also good but there is no FM logos and no calm screen and blocks ends at 7D0-07-01.
I want to update APIM but I dont know what files to use (especcialy due to change from nonNav to Nav).

Use firmware for the NAV version. (DA, FA)
Those are not files; they are calibration levels. There is no algorithm for the updates, just what FORD IDS specifies. The newer firmware versions may have been added after FORScan published the data. Either way, you could use the files published in UCDS or FORScan and it would work fine.

I have updated with: 1U5T-14G374-DA, 1U5T-14G375-DA and even I have 7D0-09- but I dont see where are those extra menu? Is it in car sattings or general? I dont see it although I have full APIM described and I know what function Iām enabling/changingā¦
But this is not the issue. The issue is that I have enabled calm screen and with unlocked APIM iām able to upload different animations but i do not have FM logos. I have changed to RDS and to EU region, I have enabled radio logo in car menu but still nothing:( Do You think that ACM is the reason? I have read that if it does not have HD chip it will not work - is it true?
Those are additional menus only that you can add to the APIM. Your car must be equipped with the options for the menu to work. They do not add features to the vehicle.
You must enable the center stack setting to see them on the APIM and add the menus you want to use.

Yes, but I donāt think itās the HD chip. If this vehicle is imported from the US, you need to replace the ACM for EU.

What are you trying to do? I posted that build about 9 months ago so it is heavily out of date. If you are in the same situation as the post you replied to you can likely follow down the thread and you should see the solution that worked for them.
