RW Cleaner here may not run since that is for 3.4.x
Can you run the interrogator to give us more info about what is there now?
You could try using the updater to go to 3.4.x, you just have to be prepared for the fact that its not without risks and that you could brick the APIM.

I finally took the plunge and tried the updater. Did not go full 3.4 though I used the last version of 3.3 only because the look on the interface is the text for audio is left of center though I do love the blue of the 3.4. Would like to thank you for your suggestions. All voice functions are back and working. Wish I had done earlier. Was really scared of it not working.
