Completed a Sync 3 upgrade on 2014 F150 and facing the following problems:

Audio Presets: On-screen audio preset buttons and physical hard buttons 1–6 are non-responsive.

Steering Wheel Controls: Only the volume control functions; all other buttons are inactive.

Clock Display: Time does not display on the screen.

Climate Controls: Touchscreen climate controls are unresponsive, with no visual readout for fan speed or temperature.

Satellite Radio: Sirius radio is either missing or showing as not installed.

SYNC Region: NA

Navigation Variant: Nav

Manufacturer Year: MY20

Install Type: Replica

Old SYNC Version: 1.1

New SYNC Version: 1.1

Who did the custom programming of the APIM?

You can’t just drop a Sync3 APIM into a non-Sync3 vehicle, the config has to be matched to the year and model specific items.

hasn’t done any programming yet. i undestand it requires programming. can all these issues be fixed with forscan programming? or am i missing anything else here?
