Correct on needing to be on the right CANBUS. I have wiring books to reference showing it is on the ICAN buss witch is similarly the HS3 buss according to being in the same locations on the pinouts of different models. Just looking to know if forscan is supposed to use the IPC as the gateway? It appears forscan uses the gateway on cgea1.3 vehicles to see other modules
