Hi,

I am wondering if updating using syn3 updater will still bring in all the features that the platinum variant has such as the ambient lighting, massage seats, heated steering etc.

I have a 2019 Expedition Platinum and all my features were retained when i upgraded from Sync 3.0 to 3.4 with syn3updater.

These features can be turned on for any car with Forscan. Your AB settings are not changed with a software update so you would be fine.
