Sorry, my computer is 1/2 an hour away. We are going to go buy a new drive and try again. We pulled the drive out and it seems to start the process over and ask for the drive, so maybe we will get somewhere that way. I wont be on the same computer. Thanks for responding so quickly!

If the unit is no nav but you created a nav USB, it will never work. So confirm that.
