2018 F-150 4" non nav trying to update

Im embarrassed because Im in the IT field so this should be a no brainer, Ive been reading posts for the past month before I even thought about asking for help yet here I am.

It says its updating but never actually does… i have tried multiple times and the longest I let it go was 2 hours…

I am using this file

NU5T-14G381-BB_1665526155000.TAR.GZ

and my autoinstall looks like this

I let it run for 2 hours and nothing… (multiple tries)

That won’t ever work, you are trying to autoinstall something that needs requires to reformat the unit.
I strongly suggest you read the documentation before proceeding → Easily Update Your SYNC 3 Using Our Manual Method - CyanLabs

Just remember you can’t use the 8’’ package for APPS.

That’s correct, I only mentioned it because the tutorial is for the 8’’ variant… that’s the only thing you need to keep in mind…
