2020 Ford PUMA Sync & Maps update

Hi all,
My SYNC 3 v. is 3.4.22110 (factory), and Maps F10 (factory). I’m lacking the FM radio station’s logos since i bought the car, and my maps are outdated.
Been doing some reading throughout the community and would like your advice on the best way to perform this update (and possibly get the FM station’s logo’s.
Steps i thought doing are using Syn3 updater with the following config:
1-Europe Region Selected
2-Sync 3.4.22110 (since the voice’s and logo’s are included in this package)
3-F11 (2021) EU (05 2022)
Already checked for MY20 protection and uploaded the xml file to Syn3 updater and it’s “active”, install mode is “Autoinstall” and Forced “No” .
Am I doing everything ok?

If you are already on 3.4.22110 why are you reinstalling? just do Maps only

I thought there would be a difference in the software package (voices & logo’s)
If there isn’t any, I’ll just update maps. About the logo’s, what can i do? Never had them since i bought the car in November 2020, do I have to go through Forscan to see if it’s enabled?

PS: Been having problems downloading maps… “Downloading (Attempt #3): 1U5T-14G421-BDJ_1644009729000.TAR.GZ” 4th time i’m trying, unsuccessfully.

Change download connections to 1 in Syn3Updater if that doesn’t work then its issue with your internet / fords (microsoft azure) server so nothing we can do.

Thank you again. Are the settings the same for updating maps only (Autoinstall/Not forced/MY20 Active)?
And still about the other problem (No FM radio station logo’s), should I try uploading “1U5T-14G658-AH_1644006443000.TAR.GZ” package, or that won’t do it?
Saw some info here about changing a value in asbuilt with Forscan and/or performing an APIM firmware upgrade…

Your APIM might not have the correct calibration to allow logos to work, also it might just not support your region.

In portugal we dont have logos unfortunately…if you manually change the stations some of them may have spanish logos but none portuguese radio stations will…
