2020 Puma Radio logos

Hi,
We’ve just bought a 2020 Ford Puma and the Dealer update the sync 3.4 to the latest version as it was a bit out of date. It’s now on 23188 but we have no radio logos at all, none.

The dealer couldn’t explain or fix it so I emailed Ford Uk who couldn’t suggest what the problem was so sent me a voucher to use at the dealership.

I’ve tried resetting it, checking the radio logo bit is selected to on etc…

Anyone any ideas ?

Do a master reset of the APIM and then try setting the buttons to non-DAB stations for a few days.
The APIM just reads what the ACM sends is and if there’s a mismatch in the info the logos don’t show.
