In need of help. I recently upgraded from the 4in sync 1 to 8in sync 3 adding nav. I have a 2021 f250 with a 2021 apmi programmed with nav from a 3rd party. It will not connect to the tcu. Ford is telling me the last time my tcu was online was the day I did the swap. I even sent back the apmi to the company they issued a new apmi with the latest update . Same issue. Wont connect to forpass. I’ve done resets and even reset the tcu with forscan.
I have forscan. I’m not as advanced as most of you guys but I need help getting this connected to ford pass. It just spins and says activation pending. Obviously the apmi and tcu are not working together.
I did have to upgrade to the gps antenna. Can anyone help me?
