I am trying to update a 2016 MKX w/ nav to the most current software. This is the error I am getting.
It seems like there may be a program preventing the updater from reading the downloaded files. Try disabling any antivirus programs while running the app.
The file it is complaining about is from Dropbox likely you are blocking dropbox.

How can u block dropbox?
That question should be answered by either you, your networking guy or your ISP.
It’s not related to the app.
