after doing the 3.4 update my audio will not go to full screen

Did you try a master reset after the upload to the car (with engine running)?
Can you explain a bit clearer, Audio goes to the loudspeakers not the screen…

I did do a master reset. The navigation is a full screen everything else, including the rear camera is in the top, left hand corner and will not go full screen.

You presumably have a 10" screen you need to change your asbuilt using forscan use our sync 3 database
Common Navigator issue with reformat. You will need to adjust the proper screen ratio/size with FORScan.
