My company uses Ford Transits, and my coworker recently got a new van however it came with a 4" screen in it. I have a couple year older van but with the 8" radio in it and plan to stop driving it soon, so we decided we could switch the radios and that way he would have the nice screen and I don’t mind because I will be driving something different in a month. Our plan was going perfectly as we began to switch radios as put the 8" in his van and upgraded software and everything is working great. The problem began when trying to send software to the new 4" in screen in my van in order for it to work (the only thing that you can do is change the FM radio station and turn the volume up and down), currently I only see the top left left corner of what would be on the 8" screen. I first tried installing software from cyanlabs only to realize it was software for an 8" screen. I then thought I found the right software on the forum and my screen then went black. I thought I had bricked my apim but a day later the screen turned back on, since then I have been worried to try anything else. I had the SYNC 3, 2.4.19274 software on the 8" screen before we swapped it out, and at this point all I need is software to make the 4" screen usable for anyone else that might get the van. If anyone has had these issues before or could help it would be appreciated.
