You could try downgrading to 3.3.
3.3’s look and feel is the closest to 3.0, it may “recover” your unit until you can get hold of forscan and an adapter to change the theme before going to 3.4.
Again, not 100% guaranteed, but may be worth trying.

Lets see if third time is a charm: are you the first owner of the car?, this is the 3rd time I’ve asked this question.
Also, do you have a compatible ODB scanner?.
Have you tried disconnecting the battery?.
As said before, you could try going back to 3.3 and see if they helps.
About the theme, if you cannot access your as-built via forscan, you can’t change it. The information is here in the as-built database, in the theme section.

I don’t have a ODB scanner, I ve a Elm 327 adapter and the forscan.
I tried desconect the battery but all started just the same.
I’ll try to change the theme, but I am looking if is anyway to change by forscan the screen resolution

EDIT: Your asbuilt looks ok, not the problem.
This procedure works to clear the file corruption if it exists:
Downgrade the unit to Sync 3.3.19052 with the Syn3 Updater!
This will be just using the autoinstall to downgrade to 3.3. Do not use any other files, just the Sync 3.3.19052 app file. (4U5T-14G381-AN_1552583626000.TAR.GZ)
Once you have this done check to see if the unit is working correctly. If it is not, there is corruption in the 3.4 installation and the unit will need to be reformatted to clear the bad files, etc.
Use reformat option to clear the maps and all other data. Use the Syn3 Updater to reformat the unit but stay with Sync 3.3.19052. DO NOT install maps, just the Sync 3.3.19052 app and voice. Use these files:

Once you have this done check to see if the unit is working correctly. If the unit is working now, upgrade the unit to Sync 3.4.21265 with all the files and maps again, using the reformat option.
The pic of forscan IT ISN’T MY, just take a screenshot from a video of YouTube to ask about de correct item. So, a I’ll conect my forscan tonight, but now I know what i’ve to do if I don’t found in the theme the problem.

Can you just connect to the vehicle and screen shot the page? Post here.
Or save the asbuilt and post it here. Use the save all button at the bottom of the page in FORScan when you are in the APIM asbuilt. I would rather see the asbuilt before telling you what to change.
