After updating from Sync 3.0 to Sync 3.4, my audio settings no longer respond when I try to change them. If I adjust bass, treble, or mid, it just goes right back to the middle setting. Any ideas? Is this an ACM issue that I can correct with ForScan?

I just did the master reset, still not working but now I’m getting a Navigation Fault as well after the reset.
Update - I re-flashed the APIM which did not help, so I swapped my ACM with the one that was included with the new Sync 3 APIM and screen, glad it was included because that corrected my issue. I still get an intermittent navigation fault but it may be the cheap after market gps antenna I purchased because it’s throwing an open code, May eventually swap it out.
Who did you get the upgrade kit from?
A seller on eBay, it came out of a 2019 Ford Fusion. I installed it in my 2015 F150. I was just after the screen and APIM, but he sent the ACM and dash panel as well.
