Hello, after upgrading from SYNC 1 to SYNC 3 on my Ford Focus 3 Facelift USA 2018, I am getting several DTC errors.
Maybe someone had similar issues?

You have a US car in EU and you changed from 4 inch APIM to a 8 inch Sync 3 Apim?

I think main problem is your car is using asBuilt Configuration of sync 1 on your new sync 3 APIM. You should find a ford focus which originally has sync 3 and copy it’s asBuilt, also do this same for ACM. Just copy it from the same ford focus you use for apim asBuilt

The problem is that I ordered this Sync 3 unit from China (AliExpress) https://aliexpress.ru/item/1005008870785448.html, and I don’t know from which Ford car it was originally taken….(

Odd’s are thats a counterfit APIM. Do you have a picture of the label on it?

No need to find it’s origin car. I saw it’s:

32 GB so it’s from USA and it has navigation.

You just need to find VIN of a Ford Focus from USA with Navigation. Okay I will try to help you, please tell me which country you live in?
