Good night guys, can someone help me? after upgrading Sync2 to Sync3, I don’t have ambient lighting, the icon to activate and select the desired color is not present in the Sync3 settings.

Is this the 2013 Fusion that you swapped the instrument panel and APIM from a 2018 Fusion?

I have noticed that sometimes when you do a master reset or write changes to the as built that the ambient lighting adjustment goes to dim. If you re-adjust it it is fine.
So the above mentioned ‘ambient lighting’ settings are only to enable/disable the ambient lighting control screen in Sync shown here: https://owner.ford.com/support/how-tos/sync/sync-3/settings/how-to-choose-ambient-light-color-with-sync-3.html
So if this isn’t the one causing issues. It could be the ‘illumination strategy’, (probably 8,9,A, or B):

The APIM settings look ok.
Check this in the BCM:

Ambient Lighting Cfg: 0=Amb only, 1=disabled, 2=WF and Amb, 3=WF only
Should be set to 0 or 2.
