When you bring up the ambient lighting menu in Sync, is the menu greyed out or do the controls all work? Can you drag the slider up and the lights change?
Are the headlamps on? Or the headlamps switch set to ON or AUTO?
Hold the Radio Power button and Next Track, until screen goes black. Do that 2 times in a row, then try the menu again.
