Ambient Lights have stopped working after downloading factory defaults from forscan

So long story short, i wanted the Lincoln black theme and changed what was needed but inadvertently changed something that stopped the steering wheel controls from working. After searching the internet for answers I couldn’t get it working. So i clicked on the “Load Factory” button and this downloaded a file and boom everything back to normal and steering controls worked. I changed what i needed for the lincoln theme and all was fine.

However i noticed my ambient lights where off, so went to the menu and clicked on them but nothing, changed the colour and dimness and nothing.
Again i have searched the internet for anything relating to forscan and ambient lights but from what i can tell everything is enabled.
I have even gone down the route of loading from factory again and still nothing, so i want to be sure that i have tried everything so i am asking you good folks in the know what i need to check on forscan to make sure the ambient lights are enabled and working - thanks

Is there another switch besides the SYNC screen, do you need the vehicle lights switch to be in a certain mode?

Is it dark out? They changed it so the lights don’t work during the day and it must be night. Are they Ice blue or white when you open the doors?
