Hello, I updated the navigation from 2.3 to 3.0 on the Ford website. But the phones are still not connected to Android Auto. After several attempts it connects but for 10 seconds. After that the image disappears and returns to the basic navigation image. The phone appears to be still connected. The version I have is JS7T-14G371-FDC and it appears that it is not MY20. What else can be done?

Do a master reset and possibly replace the USB hub and/or your phone cable.
Sync 3.0/3.4 does support wireless AA.

I’m still running 3.0 and AA works just fine, so version does not seem to be the issue here.

Make sure the cable is a good one.

Hi, do you know how can i wifi connection with AA? I understand ,this type of navi works just on usb cannection.

Buy any wireless android auto dongle of your choosing.
