My Sync 3.4 works great for the most part but sometimes it doesn’t turn on after a warm start, like after stopping the car for gas or to run into a store quickly. The USB hub doesn’t turn on, the radio doesn’t turn on, the screen doesn’t work. After 15 minutes I can typically do a soft reboot by holding the power and skip forward button but not all the time does that work.
I have the original as built data for my VIN’s APIM but what As-Built values should I change to make it compatible?
Or can I give someone my VIN and they can do it for me? Or could the problem be with something other than the APIM?

Correct, it does work with the original AB though but I understand that it shouldn’t be that. I tried going through and manually adjusting every value but it is taking forever bc I don’t know every feature of the car like what CGEA it is. It’s weird that the original AB has some EU values and some NA values though. never backed up the donor AB either. The sync version is 3.4 and yes I bought a retro fit. I have a comparable 2017 Ford focus SEL vin that I used for the As Built as well and just turned off the backup camera value but I think extended play and deep sleep is what’s causing my problem.
This is a sign of bad hardware. There is no way you will fix this with asbuilt programming. I suggest you contact the seller for a replacement or refund. Most likely this is a hacked APIM using old hardware.
