Hello, i just got a 16 F-150 few weeks ago and was attempting to do the apple carplay upgrade but cant seem to get it to work. I manually downloaded update from ford and also bought usb hub hc3z-19a387-f (USB A). Any pointers of where i maybe went wrong?

From time to time i do get a pop up saying hub not supported.
