I currently use SYNC 3.4 20136.

If you want to install F9 maps with 3.4.20196, you must Downgrade first to 3.3.19052. Use the Syn3Updater.

Open the SYN3 Updater app, select your current Sync version and region. Check the Navigation box.
Leave the install mode on automatic.
Save Configuration.

Select you USB drive.
In the new version:
select region EU
select new version 3.4.20196
select maps F9 newest version
Select Continue

You should see this:

scroll down and check the maps…

Select START.
The app will download everything and place it on the USB.
You should use a 64 GB USB for this.

Do not extract files, there is nothing to unpack. Use the files as they are.
