As mentioned the USB is likely bad or the file is corrupt, re run the application and try again, use a decent reputable USB drive, SanDisk etc.

There are 9 map files in the EU F9 map package. The other files are the reformat file, app, voice, nav voice Gracenotes, logos.

That looks to be the correct maps. F9 EU_Common
On the usb drive you used, there should be a log file. Open it in notepad and copy the contents and paste them into a reply here.
