Automatic wifi updates

Hi…I recently updated my sync3 in my Australian 2017 Ford Escape to the latest version 3.4, build 22251, maps ANZ 2.21 with no issues so far except the voice recognition appears to be a bit more ‘fussy’ and some minor issues recognizing saved USB music upon restarts.
If I have issues down the track is the build 21265 the best one to go back to at this stage?
Also, I have disabled automatic wifi updates but should I disable wifi altogether in case Ford tries to revert me back to the old sync version 20204? Thanks.

Do you have a error message, if so what is it?
Soimetimes it will not reload USB music to where it left off at last restart and I need to reload it manually or by voice.

It’s unlikely it would happen because your car is now at an “unknown state” to Ford, since it was never meant to get 3.4. But I would disable WiFi either way, just like I turn my lights off once I leave the house: there’s no point for them to be on.
