Black Screen after update "Non Touch 4" screen" Installed 8" using app tried to downgrade to 3.3.19052 with 4" Screen Verison manual method

I am unsure how to correctly do the Manual update with a 4" Screen Version. Do I need to use the SYN3 Update Utility to format the USB drive and then copy the new files?
Do I need to delete the “DONTINDX.MSA” file?
The screen is blank on the a 2019 Ford Mustang GT

I am reading that the Version 3.4.22251 has had issues but I do not see a newer 4" screen version currently.
I am thinking I need to clear the Gracenotes?
Is there a step by step process I can follow for 2025 or a newer version of the sync 3.4 that I can install? I am okay with older too just would like my screen to work.
The backup camera still works but the radio boots with the mustang horse logo and then goes to a black screen. We have done a master reset and cycled the key/Push button start. I am at a loss about how to fix this issue and I am pretty tech savvy. Tomorrow I will use the interrogator tool if it will let me.

The latest 4" available is 20551. You could go back to 21265 which was stable.

Your log indicates you installed 4U5T-14G381-AN_1552583626000.TAR.GZ, which is 3.3.19052, an 8" version of Sync, not compatible with your screen.

Just install a 4" version.

Not really, no… but as you already know, the tool only works with 8’’ variants.

No, it only tells the unit not to index the USB, it’s good to have.

Why do you mention that build ?
Have you installed it?. Keep in mind your opening message mentions 3.2.18016 and 3.3.19052…

Why?. I mean, you can try, but I’m not sure why you are trying to do so.

Have you had any luck with it?, this will give us a lot of data.

Also, do you have a Forscan and an adapter?.

Update I guess the 4” version 3.4.22200 update did fix the issues. I ran the update again had a black screen and did a master reset. I then tuned the ignition off and opened closed the doors and waited for the dash lights to go out. I then turned the ignition back on and everything booted up correctly, the buttons all work as well. Thank you guys for the reply’s much appreciated!!
