Black Screen trying update please help

I have a 2016 focus
i upgraded from the sync 1 to sync 3 in 2019
everything has been working fine
I went today to upgrade versions and maps not knowing if unit was jailbroken or i not i followed the instructions i thought to the tee when i went installed the usb said updating in the top left corner then went black and has not turned back on since checked all fuses and ran codes with forscan getting u2101 under apim and not sure what needs to be done now or how to fix or anything im lost hopefully someone can help
was going from 3.4 build 20136 to the current

Try yanking one of the the vehicle battery connections for a couple of minutes.

Tired for a few hours no luck looking the apim is gone unless someone can guide me in different direction

What’s the APIM model read by forscan?.
Also, why did you omit sending the syn3updater log ?

i Get the u2101 code in forscan and i was following a steps on update and it didn’t say the log was necessary a bad call now not knowing it was going to cause this

I assume you get that DTC, that should not prevent Forscan from accessing the APIM and reading information from it.

It didn’t, but it was requested when you created this thread and you just put “N/A”

The log had nothing to do with your current situation

Sync 2 uses a SD cards for maps and is not at version 3.4

i am sorry for the typo its sync 3 retro fit was from sync 1 to sync 3

I tired to preform a update and my apim went to a black screen and never came back still have yet to figure out the issue just ended up replacing the Apim all together
