Bluetooth issue connecting to Samsung S9 (Android 10) Bluetooth V5 phone.

Hi, recently in the last few days, iv have noticed that when my phone connects a car switch on to Bluetooth for the phone, the phone screen on the sync window, shows a phone connection active, with the red end call button shown, and a timer is running (as though on an actual call). There is no actual call on the phone. I cannot end this by pressing on the button, it seems un responsive. The “Audio” button on the menu is also greyed out at this point. The only way to exit the issue is to turn off bluetooth on the phone. Once I do this the radio comes back on and everything is fine until i turn bluetooth back on on my phone, and the same happenes again.

The only recent things that have happened is that the car has been to ford for a recall on the brakes and it came back and the console had been reset (The clock was wrong)

I have also run the Map update from a USB to the latest maps.

The sync version on the car is 3.4 build 23188

Its also worth noting that this doesnt happen if i connect a more modern device (ie, my tablet), which is running a later version of Android.

Any suggestion to a fix.
