Bricked APIM after trying to update firmware

Tried to update firmware with forscan 2.4.8 and it failed and bricked my APIM. Just shows black screen now. How can I fix this??

Where can I download those .vbf files at? I’ve searched for a good hour on here and on google trying to find these and they seem impossible to find… does no one have the .vbf files that are stated in your post? Really trying to fix this asap. Appreciate it.

You have a really old H series APIM. You are asking for trouble update calibrations on that. Unless you need to than I would leave it alone. You have nothing to gain.

My gps is keeps not wanting to work sometimes and someone advised me to update the APIM, guess I was told wrong lol I’ll just take it to the dealership for the gps then. Appreciate the info!
