Broken digitizer

I bought a sync 2 to sync 3 update kit on ebay last August.
About a month ago the digitizer cracked, causing the sync 3 to go crazy.
I bought a replacement digitizer from a different vendor but it didn’t fit… It seems that my replacement kit is using a different LCD screen than the stock Ford. What can I do? I reached out to the shop where I bought the original kit but they are ghosting me.
Can I buy a replacement LCD with digitizer and attach that to the APIM?

Do you have a error message, if so what is it?

You can buy a complete replacement screen, what model is the APIM?
While you can drop a K series screen/board on an older APIM that came with a G series if you ever reformat you might have issue with a black screen afterwards because the first load of the APIM OS video drivers won’t find the G series it’s expecting.

It is a J series (I think)

That is a counterfeit APIM, just so you are aware.
So many things wrong, including the part number was never produced in 2020. If you run the Interogator Utility you will find it’s probably old hardware labeled as new.
