Can i do the upgrade and keep massage and countour seat options?

i want to know if i do the upgrade from sync 3, to 3.4 will i still have my massage seats and contour adjustments on screen? thank you

Yes, as long as your APIM settings are right they will work fine.

how can i tell the APIM settings are right? my sync 3 is laggy and sometimes unusable.

on the syn3 updater program, i dont see the option for the seat package, only NAV and maps

You will never see an option to install this, it’s included as part of the sync software. If it works now like you said than it clearly is turned on and will work after the update.
