Can I go back to 1.0?

My dad has a 2016 F-150, I just updated his Sync 3 from version 1.0 to 3.0. The voice recognition says “voice recognition is not ready”, and it won’t read out his text messages anymore. Is there a way to go back to version 1.0 so it’ll work again.

Have you tried doing a master reset?
I would try doing a downgrade to 2.2.17011 version followed by an update to 3.0

I don’t think so, I’ll try it. But if it doesn’t work how do I downgrade back to 2.2?

You would create a custom USB.
It needs a directory in the root named SyncMyRide with the app file in it and the autoinstall in the root.
