Can't Get Climate Control Working

We recently upgraded to Sync 3 and my own screen climate control is no longer working. My husband and I are trying to fiddle around with the APIM configuration but cant quite find the right settings to change. We have a 2016 Explorer Limited with heated and cooled seats.

Old SYNC Version: 2.0

New SYNC Version: 3.4

Can you export your APIM config with ForScan and post it?

You cannot load the Sync2/MFT factory config into your vehicle, different APIM OS and its looking for different hardware.

The USB hub error is due to the fact that you need an H series hub for full compatibility with 3.4.x
