Can't update my South America maps

I have a 2020 Ecosport. I have already updated Sync to the latest version (3.4.23188), but the software does not show me to update the maps, only to keep the existing ones. My region is ANZ. If I uncheck to edit the advanced options, map version 2.22 appears in the list, but it only formats the pendrive, without doing any downloading. Are the map updates for this region unavailable?

Thats because the most recent are still 2.22 for your area. 2.23 has only been released in North America at this point.

I have an Ecosport Titanium 2018 in Brazil, and I’m also waiting for 2.23 map for South America. I hope it will be released soon.
