That shows that you filled up the NA APIM with EU MAPS without deleting the NA MAPS.
Cyanlabs does not support changing regions, but you will find relevant information in the quoted thread:

Your vehicle is MY20, so you can’t do that tutorial as it is, since you can’t use Syn3updater to reformat the unit.
You normally can’t delete maps from the unit without reformatting it, so you are stuck.
If you need to make a little room , you can delete gracenotes and install the small voice package (I’ve told you this already), but that won’t fix the issue.
What you need to do is to research FMODS. If you jailbreak the unit you will be able to delete NA maps and install a custom cutdown map release that will fil your APIM. In fact, if the unit is jailbroken you could even reformat the unit with FMOD’s universal reformat package. Then you need to reprogram stuff like the tutorial says.
But since Cyanlabs does not support changing regions, from Cyanlabs and Syn3updater’s perspective you can’t do anything else, hence I’m marking this thread as solved.
