I have focus 3 USA 2013 year. I’ve upgraded sync 2 to 3 and now doesn’t work buttons what should answer call\ decline \ voice assistant. I tried to check parametres in asbuilt, but nothing helped. Buttons checked in forscan and they are works.

Anytime that I see someone has used Forscan and Sync does not work right 99% of the time it is an AB issue.
I would start by checking the AB in the SCCM to make sure you have the right switch pack settings in it. Easiest way is to reload the stock settings. This setting will directly affect how the SWC work with Sync and the IPC.
Master resets are a must also.
I think that it’s ab problem also, but I can’t find correct settings. I can’t take ab from 2017 focus with sync 3 because that car had different wheel. I spent a lot time for this issue, that’s why I ask for help
Have you tried using one of the 4 SCCM AB databases on here to try to fix it?
