i have installed Sync 3.4.23188 on my Sync 3 and i want to make a complete wipe and go back to an earlier version cause I have some issues with the Jailbreak and I think also because i was on older 3.4 versions with the known Bugs. So i want to start new from scratch. Which Version would you prefer to downgrade and which settings should i switch in the Syn3Updater Tool? I have configured that I have 3.4.23188 installed at the moment and when i try to create a new USB Stick with Version 3.4.2200 (for example) is still shows “autoinstall” as the install mode. It should be Downgrade or Reformat or am I wrong?
My APIM is from 2016, MY20 Protection settings are on.

No, just need information how to do a Downgrade/Reformat
Before you do anything did you do a master reset after uploading version 23188 to the car?
If not that could be the reason you have bugs as there may be remnants of your previous version or whatever.
Yes i made a Master Reset but that didn’t solve the issue.
And yes I select to keep existing maps. Just trying to change to reinstall F12 maps again and you are right - the install method switches to downgrade
Is downgrade OK in that case - I must say that i do not realy understand the difference between Downgrade and Reformat
