Downgrading from Sync3.4 (Cyanlabs) to 2.2 (official Ford software)

2018 Mustang. I upgraded to 3.4 and didn’t like it. Simply prefer the older interface. Also messed up by upgrading to a version without NAV, is it possible to get that back?
Read online that you can only go back to 2.2 and upgrade from there.

You can not downgrade to below 3.3

That’s the truth, what you have read is wrong!

Even though it initially was 3.0? So I basically screwed myself over?
Would you please point me in the right direction on successfully downgrading to 3.3?

Yes, and it’s clearly stated in MANY places on our website so i have no sympathy.

Use syn3updater and select 3.3 to downgrade to 3.3

Of course you can get NAV back, just repeat the process but select nav.
