Hello, I want to edit the logo file to set at what frequencies, what the station logo should show. The problem is that I don’t know what program to do it with.

You can not modify the files, they are all cryptographically signed and any modification will break that that checksum.
You’re wrong, there are people who do this on linux or qnx.
Correct, but they are bypassing the check by modifying the file directly or injecting a jailbreak or modified certificate, i am not wrong but Jailbreaking and anything relating to this is against the rules and therefore this thread is being closed.
EDIT, i’m also unsure how you thought #applications was the correct category for this post.
